Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and governs what you may and may not create, upload, submit, generate, edit, transform, download, share, or otherwise use through ravana.solutions (the "Service").
The Service allows users to generate AI images and videos using third-party AI models provided through Google Cloud Vertex AI and other service providers. Because AI-generated image and video tools can be misused, this AUP is intentionally strict.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, the acceptable-use requirements of our technology providers, and the rules of our payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, card networks, banks, and fraud-prevention partners.
We may enforce this AUP through automated filtering, safety classifiers, rate limits, manual review, account restrictions, payment restrictions, suspension, termination, refusal of service, and reporting to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
1. General Rule
You may use the Service only for lawful, rights-cleared, non-deceptive, non-exploitative, and non-harmful image and video generation.
You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded images, reference materials, generated outputs, and any use, publication, distribution, monetization, or sharing of outputs.
You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, generate, edit, transform, distribute, or attempt to produce content that violates this AUP, even if the Service's technical systems do not block the request.
2. Age Requirement
The Service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.
You may not use the Service if you are under 18, if you are barred from using the Service under applicable law, or if we previously removed or suspended you for violating our Terms or this AUP.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, generate, edit, transform, distribute, or attempt to produce any of the following.
3.1 Child sexual abuse, minors, and exploitation
Strictly prohibited:
- child sexual abuse material or any content involving sexual abuse or exploitation of minors;
- sexual, nude, erotic, fetish, suggestive, or exploitative depictions of a person who is, may be, or appears to be under 18;
- attempts to age-transform minors into sexualized adults or adults into sexualized minors;
- content that normalizes, promotes, requests, or facilitates child exploitation;
- grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual solicitation involving minors;
- realistic or synthetic depictions of minors in sexual, nude, exploitative, or fetish contexts.
Any such content may be blocked, preserved where legally required, reported to relevant authorities, and result in immediate account termination without refund where permitted by law.
3.2 Sexual, pornographic, nude, erotic, or fetish content
The Service may not be used to create or distribute pornography, nudity, explicit sexual content, erotic content, fetish content, sexually suggestive content, sexual-gratification content, "nudify" or undressing content, intimate-image content, or sexualized transformations.
This applies whether the content is:
- real, realistic, synthetic, animated, AI-generated, fictional, or stylized;
- based on a real person, fictional character, uploaded image, celebrity, public figure, private person, or invented person;
- distributed as a downloadable image, video, subscription, private link, website content, or social-media content.
This prohibition is broad and applies even if all people depicted are adults or fictional.
3.3 Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualization
Strictly prohibited:
- creating or attempting to create intimate, nude, sexual, erotic, fetish, or suggestive content of any identifiable person without that person's explicit consent;
- undressing, "nudifying", sexualizing, body-exposing, or intimate-image transforming any uploaded subject;
- using face-swap, reference image, image-to-video, or likeness tools to place a person into sexual, nude, intimate, or degrading contexts;
- generating revenge-porn, sextortion, humiliation, blackmail, or non-consensual sexual content.
3.4 Real-person likeness without consent
You may not generate, edit, animate, face-swap, impersonate, or create realistic depictions of any identifiable real person unless you have explicit permission from that person and all rights required by law.
This includes private individuals, public figures, celebrities, influencers, politicians, business leaders, journalists, creators, uploaded subjects, and people identified by name, image, face, likeness, voice, biographical details, or other identifying information.
We may require proof of consent and may block or remove content where consent cannot be verified.
3.5 Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, and false endorsement
You may not use the Service to deceive, mislead, defraud, impersonate, manipulate, or falsely imply that a real person, company, organization, public figure, brand, government, or institution said, did, endorsed, approved, sponsored, appeared in, participated in, or authorized something.
Prohibited examples include fake statements by real people, fake endorsements or testimonials, fake political statements or election-related manipulation, fake news images or videos presented as real, fake evidence/documents/events/accidents/crimes/protests/arrests/disasters, and synthetic content intended to mislead viewers about material facts.
3.6 Illegal activity, fraud, and financial harm
You may not use the Service to create or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, identity theft, account takeover, forged documents, fake evidence for regulated purposes, market manipulation, investment fraud, crypto fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, misleading advertising, or evasion of law enforcement, sanctions, export controls, court orders, or regulatory obligations.
3.7 Violence, weapons, dangerous acts, and self-harm
You may not use the Service to create or facilitate graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, sadistic harm, credible threats, intimidation, incitement to violence, weapons or explosives assistance, suicide or self-harm instructions, eating-disorder encouragement, terrorism, violent extremism, or organized violence.
3.8 Hate, harassment, abuse, and exploitation
You may not use the Service to create or facilitate hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against protected characteristics; harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, humiliation, targeted abuse, sexual harassment, degrading depictions of identifiable people, exploitative content targeting vulnerable people, doxxing, or disclosure of private personal information.
3.9 Intellectual-property infringement and brand misuse
You may not use the Service to infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, publicity rights, moral rights, database rights, design rights, or other third-party rights.
Prohibited uses include reproducing protected artwork, characters, logos, brand assets, product designs, or copyrighted materials without rights; generating branded or trademarked content in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization; creating counterfeit product images, fake ads, fake packaging, fake app screenshots, or misleading branded promotions; and using the Service to bypass licensing, rights-clearance, or content-usage restrictions.
You are solely responsible for clearing rights before using outputs commercially or publicly.
3.10 Privacy, biometric, surveillance, and identification misuse
You may not use the Service to identify, track, surveil, profile, monitor, or target individuals without a lawful basis and legally required consent.
Prohibited uses include facial recognition, face matching, biometric identification or profiling, stalking, surveillance, harassment, blackmail, doxxing, exposing private locations or behavior, and using uploaded images of people without permission from every identifiable person shown.
3.11 Regulated, high-risk, or professional-use deception
You may not use the Service to create content intended to deceive or substitute for regulated professional determinations, including medical, psychological, health, legal, immigration, tax, compliance, employment, education, credit, insurance, lending, housing, benefits eligibility, government, law-enforcement, military, or public-safety contexts.
The Service may not be used to create fake professional records, official-looking determinations, or misleading materials for regulated decisions.
3.12 Payment-processor prohibited content
You may not use the Service in any way that violates or creates risk under the rules, restricted-business policies, acceptable-use policies, prohibited-business policies, card-network rules, chargeback rules, fraud rules, or risk requirements of our payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal.
This includes, without limitation, adult sexual content, illegal goods or services, fraud, deceptive practices, high-risk financial activity, regulated goods or services, IP-infringing goods or services, and any content or conduct that may cause the Service, our payment accounts, banks, or processors to violate applicable rules.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- attempt to bypass, disable, deceive, overload, or defeat safety systems, filters, moderation, rate limits, payment controls, or account restrictions;
- use prompt obfuscation, coded language, misspellings, translation tricks, image prompts, reference images, or other evasion techniques to generate prohibited content;
- remove, obscure, crop out, alter, suppress, or tamper with AI watermarks, SynthID markers, C2PA metadata, provenance metadata, labels, or other AI-disclosure mechanisms;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, abuse, interfere with, or attack the Service or its underlying models, systems, APIs, or infrastructure;
- use the Service to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or improve a competing AI model, dataset, product, or service without our written permission;
- resell, sublicense, rent, lease, white-label, or provide access to the Service to third parties unless expressly authorized by us;
- create multiple accounts to evade limits, enforcement, suspension, payment restrictions, chargeback controls, or identity checks;
- use stolen, fraudulent, unauthorized, or chargeback-abusive payment methods;
- upload malware, malicious files, tracking pixels, spyware, or harmful code;
- use outputs to spam, deceive, manipulate, harass, or defraud others.
5. User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for every prompt, image, reference file, and other input you submit;
- you have explicit permission from every identifiable person shown in uploaded images or referenced in prompts;
- your inputs and outputs do not violate privacy, publicity, biometric, IP, consumer-protection, advertising, payment, criminal, or other applicable laws;
- you will not use outputs for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, or infringing purposes;
- you will disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-manipulated wherever required by law, platform rules, advertising rules, or context;
- you will not remove or obscure AI watermarks, provenance metadata, or disclosures;
- you will comply with this AUP, our Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable law, and the requirements of our technology and payment providers.
6. Uploaded Images and Consent
If you upload an image containing an identifiable person, you must confirm that you are the person shown or have explicit permission from every identifiable person shown; the person has consented to use of the image for AI image and/or video generation; the image will not be used to impersonate, sexualize, harass, defame, exploit, deceive, or harm anyone; and the use does not violate privacy, publicity, biometric, data-protection, IP, or other legal rights.
We may block uploads, require additional confirmation, request proof of consent, restrict features, or suspend accounts where consent is unclear or where misuse is suspected.
7. AI Transparency, Watermarking, and Provenance
Outputs may include AI watermarks, SynthID markers, C2PA metadata, provenance metadata, labels, or other AI-disclosure mechanisms.
You must not remove, obscure, alter, suppress, or misrepresent these indicators.
Where an output could reasonably be mistaken for real content, depicts a real or realistic person, or materially affects another person's rights or public understanding, you must clearly disclose that the content is AI-generated or AI-manipulated.
8. Commercial Use
You are responsible for determining whether an output can lawfully be used for commercial purposes.
We do not provide legal clearance for outputs. We do not guarantee that outputs are copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, suitable for advertising, suitable for platform publication, or safe for commercial exploitation.
Before using outputs commercially, you must clear all necessary rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, model release, property release, music, brand, advertising, and consumer-protection rights.
9. Enforcement
We may enforce this AUP at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law.
Enforcement actions may include blocking prompts, uploads, reference images, or generations; refusing to generate or deliver outputs; removing, disabling, or restricting access to outputs; warning users; requiring additional consent confirmation; limiting, suspending, or terminating accounts; disabling downloads or sharing features; reversing, cancelling, refusing, or refunding transactions; denying refunds where violations occurred and where permitted by law; preserving records where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or enforcement; and reporting illegal content or conduct to payment processors, hosting providers, law enforcement, child-safety organizations, regulators, or other relevant authorities.
If a prompt or upload is blocked before generation because it violates this AUP, the reserved generation allowance will not be charged where technically feasible. If an account is suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP, unused generations may be forfeited where permitted by law.
10. Payment, Fraud, and Chargeback Abuse
We may restrict, suspend, terminate, refund, cancel, or refuse service if we detect or suspect prohibited content, payment fraud, unauthorized payment use, excessive disputes or chargebacks, refund abuse, identity or account abuse, violation of payment-processor rules, or attempts to use the Service in a way that creates legal, regulatory, banking, card-network, or processor risk.
Purchasing a generation package does not create a cash balance, stored value, wallet, deposit, transferable credit, financial instrument, gift card, or right to cash redemption.
11. Reporting Violations
To report content, conduct, or accounts that may violate this AUP, contact: info@ravana.solutions
Please include enough information for us to review the report, such as the relevant account, output link, transaction, screenshot, description, or reason for concern.
We may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or take other action where appropriate.
12. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, safety standards, provider requirements, payment-processor rules, or our business operations.
Material changes will be notified as described in our Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated AUP.
